There is a famous paradox that CEAT is using currently as its marketing instrument- The only thing permanent is CHANGE..
Samilar is the situation where I am currently! The frame for my situation is "The only certainity here is uncertainity".
Though there is the difference of just one prefix, the impact is toxicating... :(
